Here are my new catalog top picks for rubber stamps from Stampin’ Up’s 2018-2019 Annual Catalog.
It’s always fun when there’s a new catalog to browse. I’m always full of so much excitement as I turn each page. In my next four blog posts, I’m going to give you my top picks from the new catalog in the following categories: rubber stamps, Tools and Inks, Paper and Cardstock, Embellishments.
Today I’ll be sharing my new catalog top picks for rubber stamps. Here they are in no particular order.
TREAT TIME BUNDLE (page 35)
This stamp set and coordinating framelits dies set is a great all-round basic set to add to your collection. Besides having greetings, there are also several other images you can use for stamping. Personally I love the stamp set in and of itself. If you purchase the stamp set only, the greetings fit perfectly into a 1 3/4″ circle punch. Layer with a 2″ circle shape and you have an easy greeting for any occasion.
VARIED VASES BUNDLE (page 45)
Who doesn’t LOVE a stamp set and coordinating punch?!! To me, it’s the perfect combination. And, not only do you get vases and flowers, you also get greetings with this set. There certainly are many possibilities here!
ITTY BITTY GREETING STAMP SET (page 46)
This versatile stamp set replaces the “Teeny Tiny Wishes” stamp set we had for so many years. The greetings in this set are fresh and fun. Besides the usual general phrases, the set also includes greetings like sending prayers, best wishes from all of us, enjoy your retirement, and may God bless and keep you. You will definitely want to add this set to your collection. It will pay for itself many times over!!
POP OF PETALS BUNDLE (page 47)
I think this stamp set and coordinating punch will become the new Petite Petals (for those of you who remember that stamp set and punch). This set includes five flower patterns that coordinate with the punch. And, if you notice, the sixth flower shape is actually a butterfly!! Plus, there are other leaf and flower stamp images included with this set.
PAINTED GLASS BUNDLE (page 165)
If you know me well, you know that I LOVE patterns. This set really appeals to that part of me. The stamp set contains some great sentiments with a formal font. I love the circle medallion pattern and can see many ways to use that image. Plus, you get the butterfly, rose and bird images that will work well with many OTHER stamp sets. The dies cut some awesome patterned shapes as well.
Is it any wonder four of my picks are bundles? Bundles are the best way to get the most bang for your buck, as they include a 10% discount over purchasing each product separately.
That’s it for my new catalog top picks for rubber stamps. Stop back next time when I share my top paper and cardstock picks.
