I really must apologize for my inconsistent blogging lately. I have several "big" things going on in my non-blog life that are taking quite a bit of my time lately. But, I do try to get back to blogging when I can. Thanks for understanding.
Last month, in my newsletter, I shared a technique I came across on Pintrest called "ghosting". Then, I shared another project using the same technique in this post. Today, I have one more card that I created using the same technique.
I discovered that ghosting works best with a lighter color designer paper and darker ink. The designer paper used in today's project was from the Summer Smooches paper pack.
I like the bright, warm feel of this card. (Reminds me of summer...will it ever get here?)
Here are the supplies I used for this card: Friendly Phrases stamp set; Best of...March Flowers stamp set; Daffodil Delight 1/8" Taffeta Ribbon; Scallop Edge Border Punch; 2 3/8" Scallop Circle Punch; 1 1/4" circle punch and Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder.
If you'd like to see the ghosting technique video I created here's the link that will take you to my YouTube Channel. And, if you aren't already signed up to receive my monthly newsletter, make sure to do so in my sidebar.
Thanks for stopping and have fun stampin' it up!
