Today's card is a bright, cheery fun card to make, and a great way to use scraps of Designer Paper.

Sentiment is from the hostess set Wacky Wishes.  Other supplies used include:  Summer Smooches Designer Paper, Real Red ink and card stock, 1/8" Real Red Taffeta Ribbon, and Finishing Touches Edgelit with Big Shot.
