The SUOC Challenge for this time is to create a card to congratulate someone who did something noteworthy!  I haven't had much opportunity to play with the Bright Blossoms stamp set and Summer Smooches designer paper yet, so took this challenge as the perfect reason to start.

The colors I used were Island Indigo and Lucky Limeade.  Sentiment is from the Friendly Phrases stamp set.
